Only thing you care about is "green Money"?! Sound like a nappy -haired HO! Ha! Had to toss that in there, brother. The only reason for black american or hispanic american is federal stuff. Ever here the word "quota"? that's the gov's way of making sure a biz fills it's "mandatory quota". The people that hire you aren't blind.
