Hybrid is converting from 1099 to employee based per Comcast's request.
The whole purpose of converting to the employee based model is to ensure the long term growth and stability of Hybrid and the people who work with us. Comcast is 100% behind Hybrid's conversion and is eager to work with us to achieve a successful and smooth transition.
Hybrid is dedicated to long term development of its projects and Baltimore is the hub of the plan for Hybrid over the course of the next year. Additionally, look for Hybrid to be developing more locations in the Comcast South region over the next several months.
The rumors of Hybrid's death are wishful thinking from naysayers and no good wishers.
We accept the challenge of the new year and look forward to seeing you in Baltimore and the Comcast universe for many, many years to come.
