My mistake, but can you substantiate the statement that their soldiers have orders to shoot to kill on ANY border?
Any facts to back that up, or is it something you heard somewhere, and thought it sounded credible?
Just show me where you read that in any real news article.
Mexico doesn't even have a death penalty for murderers, much less border jumpers.
