We got our OM1000 back from the Nogales repair center 3 weeks after we sent it in, and the repair ticket said it had lost its programming and they reprogrammed it. So I stuck it back in the rack, set it up, and still nothing. I got another OM1000 Friday stuck it in the rack, set it up, and suprise it works. I have been extremely dissapointed with Motorola through this whole process. Oh well the stuff is working now.
