Premier accounts may upload a custom avatar. Use the
"Browse" button to select the file on your machine. Avatars
must be GIF, JPG, or PNG format and dimensions must be
100 x 100 pixels or less and no larger than 30Kb total size.
Pictures that exceed these dimensions will be automatically
re-sized to fit, however, be aware that any animation will be
lost in this process.
