Yup I'm at the shop right now going out to prep for night cut mon. night , there's hardly any traffic on holidays in the a.m. my kids are grown and after 28 years in the trade I feast when I can cause' I know a famine can be right around the corner .....besides I'm still gonna' have a big juicy ham on the table when I get home tonight! have a good easter. p.s. Iv'e worked quite a few
christmas & thanksgiving days over the years .
