A Scottsdale route, SAT or CATV, is akin to being banished from the kingdom! It's a different brand of folks in Scottsdale and couple that with Cox's attitudes towards it's contractors and apparent inability to admit to it's own weaknesses involving the reliability of its own system puts "you" in an awkward position.
