Attenuators for modem TX frequencies

I have heard of attenuators that will attenuate the TX without dropping the RX. Anyone know who makes them or sells them as well as part numbers?

They would be ideal in a situation where rx is around -7 but tx is only around 32. We have been putting in drop amps into a splitter to try and force up tx while not killing rx.

I'm working in a pretty messed up system in Scottsdale AZ.
