One of my tech's had the same problem. He tried to take it to a local electronics guy, but P-10, wouldn't sell him the parts to fix it.
You're best bet is to send it back to Perfect Ten in Little Rock, and have it fixed. This will be cheaper than buying a new one. Pull the meter out of the case, and the number for perfect ten is on the side. HTH.
