The 8-way would be better,that would put your upstream power at around 46db, as good as it gets imo. Your numbers look pretty good. I'm still curious as to load on circuits, try a speed test at different times preferably early in am. If you see a big improvement your circuits are loaded and service provider must purchase more bandwidth to cure. Its high stakes poker at this level,real bandwidth is not cheap and here is where the money is made,in bandwidth management. Too little = more money, too much = less profit.
