Thats a very good observation Jenny and most probably correct, as the rest of his numbers look to be "in range".Could also be that there just isn't any more bandwidth available. It could be that hes got say 200 2 meg modems on one trunk line (max throughput 38megs) or their simply peaking out on usage and there isn't anymore bandwidth available. I dunno just a guess but it would be nice to see their circuit load and port utilization, noise seems to be decent.
