About a month ago I added cable to my house along with satelite and the tech hands me the Equip. and say here you go you know how to do this and leaves My wife and I were astounded by the shear ignorance of what happeed they sent out a supervisor he calls me on my cell phone and asked me what was up when he got there and I told him He didnt do what was asked instead he
cause a week of confusion and finally the supper from charter came out and said thats not what they were told to do . that company called cable is so un organized it is simply unbelievable . yet myself who has years of xperience cant get work from the local . besides you had to be there to see how bad it really was .
