Re: Slow Connection Speeds

We're not asking for the upstream & downstream speeds, we're asking for the transmit & dbmv levels. If you type 192.168.100.1 in the address bar of your browser (internet explorer, firefox, ect.) you can log into the modem. It will look like a web site. From there you can navigate around and find them.
