Harmonic Powerlink PlusTX and Nodes

I am looking for some outside advise on Tx settings to attain a little higher received signal signal at the nodes. We are using a 16 way optical splitter, and I set the levels of the Tx as the book calls for( 20dB in and RF Pad set to 5dB). My 3800 nodes are all being paddad end eq"d about the same (1dBpad, 15 EQ), but there is no room for any other set up.If I need to increase the EQ to a 16, I cannot get 44 dBMv on my high carrier of Ch 116. What can I adjust to to attain a little more room for tweaking my scan to look good. I have a 10dB tilt. Anybody.........................Kenny
