i would deffently go to 192.168.100.1 and check your upstream and downstream levels... I know within out system (yes i'm an in house tech) we like to have our downstream internet channel +10 to -10 and upstream no worse then a 54.. and I beleave our MER at a 40ish... (I just got the DSAM so still getting use to all the cool little functions.) But i guess all systems are different.. Here we're good with the speeds and rarely have speed problems, and if we do 9 times out of 10 is the costomer desiding to do their own wiring or moving their modem some where else....
