That is about it.
I beat on the pole to dent it so it won't rotate in the concrete.
Also I skip the water and just pound the concrete powder until it is firm.
I am watching the bigger dishes......Primestar sized dishes needed two bags and if the last one in the hole was quick dry that was good. + set the pole and do all theother work before hanging the dish.
But as I said, yup that's it.
