radioman as always has mirrorred a popular or at least previously spoken thought. all the same, he's right. use the search function. but since i'm hear let me just say if it's a matter of the same job, union or not i'd say look close at the union. resolution on behalf of the grunt is rare in this biz and rarely occurs without a grouip
