at&t uverse?

anyone know anything of the new at&t video application? they are hiring for installers here and i'm thinking a union in house position might be a nice change to the contractor routine of planning my winter around buying my kids presents for christmas and not seeing them in the summer. i'm just wondering if they will be like verizon's fios needing ANYONE with video skills, and if this might wind up like their last move into video which didn't last very long. as well as any technical aspects that might be handy to know. also if anyone with experience with more of an interview process of "where have you worked and let me see your truck and tools" i'd like to submit what i'd call an outline for a resume just to see if it fits for what an in house installer's resume should look like. anyone willing to help please pm on the resume part and i'll email a word or word pad document. any help would be appreciated
