I have been doing another speed test through www.testmy.net . My highest download is 503Kbps or 0.5Mbps on the laptop..On the upload my highest is 300Kbps or 0.3Mbps...Now I can tell by looking at the comparisons, that cable should run @ 5,000 or so Kbps...Something is wrong with the damned tap or something...New drop, new connectors, new everything from tap on..Must be @ tap or beyond..What do you think?
