If it ever gets down to what's in a contract, your already screwed.
I've been doing business in this industry for some 40 years, I've never once had to pull a contract because of my client , employee or sub contractor.
You got to take care of the little problems when they occur, if not, it becomes a BIG problem later, such as you now have.
