You can name names here. The truth only hurts when it should. If you relay your experience with a person or company as accurately as you can that is what a forum is for. I know for myself, I have to watch reasoning from a few examples. As we know, s--- happens. If it is once and a mistake we move on and try not to whine.
But it it is a trend and going to ding anyone it touches you are doing a good thing by spreading the word.............The defense for slander and libel suits is truth.
