Foot of 18" DTV mast bolted to plywood lining floor of truck w/vextra 1000' spool half as base. Used 1.5in pipe bolted in mast foot for spindle. Sit any spool upon it, spins freely, loads quickly. You can even tilt it if necessary. Made two of them for zilch, zero, nada.
