I have seen some radar problems. If the problem is there all the time you have a chance to see it on the spec analyzer. Mine was intermittent, would occur for a couple of days and then disappear, also only affected a few channels on one polarity of one bird. Saw some messages about the same on another site (NCTC). Dawn satellite also makes an interference filter that mounts between the plate on the dish and the LNB.
