The company that I took so much pride in, the same company which I recruited and trained for, for over 2 years. Kicked me in ass an spit in my face.

Then told me get up clean my face and swallow my pride and go to work with a 60 percent pay cut.

Now ask me again about pride in my company.

I do take pride in the fact that everywhere I work, I do have the highest completion rating and the lowest call backs. My customers never complain about anything I do (at least the sane ones).

But as far as company pride goes, the only pride there is in the fact that I can tell everyone the B and A sucks, and occasionally I have opportunity to screw them or teach someone else how to do it.
