I have checked into your claim that Tom Hoagland didnt pay you and found that the reason you were not paid was because you did not complete your job due to a lack of a meter and someone had to go behind you and activate and for this you were backcharged $120. i see that you experience the same problem from time to time from your other posts on here. maybe you should change your work ethic and stop blaming all the companies for not paying you.
