Those were good times alright.
We traveled around the country building plant
in towns that never had cable. Set top Oak converters with 35 channels then Jerrold push button remotes, with the cord to the set top. Dynafoam didn't need no stinken coring tool just jam the foam back with a nut driver.Too many empty or partial reels filling up your yard get a gas can and a railroad flare, no problem.
Local police would always tolerate this temporary invasion because we were bringing cable to there homes for the first time.
When we hit the local bars after work the day time bartender would leave and they'd bring in three more plus bouncers.
Tramp lineman, they're still around.Couple of failed marriages a 12 step program you might not reconize them but they're still around.
Damn those were fun years.
