And to that I say AMEN. Some installs I have done, have taken two hours.....some I have been on have taken 4-5 hours. However, if you are working for a retailer who has the attitude that rich381861, then just slam the things in and move one....Let him deal with the complaints. Take his pittance of money he pays and then let him live with the money it costs for the call backs and the lawsuits etc., for a bad install.
