The divide of the catagories is fine in my opinion...
Now what the employment section COULD use is someone to move ads when they are in the WRONG section. Right now as of this posting .... Of the top-10 listed ad under "Cable Install"..... 4 of them belong in one of the other sub-sections.
1- is an Audit job. Wouldn't that fall under the "Audit" catagory?
2-is for a "Operations Manager". You have a "Management" section. Why is this one in "Install"
3-is for a "Disconnect Route" ... wow!! O.O .... there IS a disco section too!!
and #4 is for a MDU Engineer/Designer.
Keep the sections cleaned up and your current line up is fine. Adding or subtracting is just going to make things worse imo.
Good Luck with it though.
