They are in Hammond, LA which is a charter system and about 45 min east of Baton Rouge. I have heard rumors that they will be leaving Hammond soon (possibly not by their own choice), but I have been hearing those same rumors for about 3-4 months. If you are traveling try to make sure they will be there for awhile to make the trip worth it.
I have heard some good things from their techs which I have seen here and there, other than the usual bitching.
