I sub for a company out of Nashville and I charge for extras, however if the customer if the customer doesn't pay we are suppose to eat it. I have only eaten one pole mount, but I average $30 per and $2 per ft on the cable burying. I try and keep extra remotes and get $29 per on those.
I think it comes down to contractors trying to bluff sub's into doing free shtuff. However there is NEVER free work. It will come from some where down the line.
