If you do not work for the Dish Network Company ( aka- A Subcontractor) then how can they tell you what to charge for something they should have absolutely no control over? Comcast is trying the same thing. Saying crap like you overcharged the customer and give the monies back. If you do it on your time, and your nickel, Who the F are they to say what to charge. Some Nerve these people have don't you think....
