I would call the HITS 800 number. 1-800-426-7790. It sounds like there is no data stream present for the OM to read. It is also possible that there is a network issue like a incorrect subnet mask. I have a NAS system here so my data is off one specific pod/transponder, in my case HITS 7.
The number is an 8-5 number in Colorado and these people take care of this stuff everyday. In my opinion they know twice as much as MOTO about the equipment.
