Knight has to go due to "downsizing the contractor workforce" yet they keep a racist, bigoted company (in my opinion) like this working for them:
180 Connect and Cablevision
A group of African American cable installation technicians have filed a discrimination class action lawsuit against their employer after a noose was displayed at their Long Island warehouse. The installers claim they are discriminated against on the job and their boss and a manager refused to remove the symbol of racist lynching, despite numerous complaints. 180 Connect is a subcontractor of Cablevision.
