Hey just be happy to have a job!!! No only kidding, usually theres a set amount for a week, thats how most companies operate. $100-$150 just to be available then double time the minute you leave home and return. Most companies won't pay a full days wages for not working. I would say $50 a day on the weekends since I assume your on call during the week? Go get em Rogie.
