Re:PRIMES WHO DON'T PAY

UNCI got the in-house folks and the subs for $122,000 +,in Marion, Va on an Adelphia upgrade. Also did same thing for Pulaski,Reidsville,Leesburg,& Indiana,Pa. Left all hi & dry,bad checks everywhere.
