A 150,000 volt stun gun should do the trick. Unhook the UA, strip back the center conductor, and fire up the stun gun letting the arc of electricity hit the center conductor. Presto!! No functional TV to watch bootleg cable!
NOTE: This is just a suggestion...I'm not advocating actually doing this.
