The previous post is a prime example of a tech who was downloaded for pulling a no-call-no-show for five days straight. Now he's disgruntled and probably doesn't even understand why we downloaded him. We have several good installers who show up, or at the very least, call in when they can't. Some of our crew have been with us for over two years straight, so apparently there is enough work for installers who want to work, even during the slow months.
