MY FINAL WORDS TO ALL IN THIS THREAD OF MESSAGES

Yes we had some issues we had to overcome when starting this project but as time has gone on we have made those changes. In the beginning we were given a free gratus of 60 days to get up to speed on QC's with the cable operator here. Now as in any system I manage there is strict guidelines that are met prior to Back charging any contractor on my behalf. A few of these are photo's taken to accompany the written description, I have my Supervisors make atleast 1 stop by every Tech every day to assist and direct tech's having any problems. As far as hiring practices its hard to do face to face interviews when most of our tech's come from out of state, but we do try and contact atleast one previous employer to check credentials (hence the talk the talk and fall flat on there face comment).
I appreciate all the comments good and bad that all have written, some are true and some are not you will just have to make your own opinion of the company and me as a manager. If any one would like to discuss this futher just send me a private message and i will be happy to talk.
Dominic and Scott thanks for the backing both of you hit the nail on the head when you said basicly show up do good work and you will have no problems. That statement is not always true with so many contracting company's and I'm proud to say it was a pleasure working with both of you.
