I actually appreciate all these scam primes posting their thoughts on this board. Now instead of our feeling the pain from their ethically challenged business models we can discount them completely before it ever gets to that!
The more the merrier. Will the next ethically challenged primary contractor please post your justification on why you didn't pay those doing the work while you were at home sleeping. Thank you in advance.
