Had a alot of the same problems with the Antec gear, close the lid and the station shuts down, you would have to cut the pads back or they hit the lid and separated cold soder joints,,, another thing I found in the gear is that there is a little red wire near your EQ slot and if it touches one of the EQ pins it will wipe out your low end, Antec was Texcan, they changed the name because no one would buy the sh1t, as an old tech told me once, "It's the same old whore, she's just wearing a new dress!".
