I feel what your saying,done the same deal, in the same boat. Theres no easy answers to your dilemma,whats a guy with 20yrs in the field worth? I figured it up once and if I were payed $5 an hr for every job in cable I'm capable and qualified to do and usually end up doing weekly I'd be making about $45 hr or more so whos gonna pay that? Someone on here said it best they'll pay you enough to have some things but not enough to leave and I find that to be true.The only way to make the bucks is to be the owner and even here you gotta not only be good but lucky to get the right contract and on and on. Good luck trucking but even the government is against you here because they're going to allow mexicos trucking companies free access to American jobs and open the borders to their rates,its gonna get ugly.
