The SBCA Regulatory Affairs Department Launches Redesigned Website

Washington, D.C., February 9, 2007 -- The Regulatory Affairs Department of the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association (SBCA) is excited to announce the launch of its redesigned website.

Some of the new features of the website include up-to-date information on state and local legislation, resources on the Over-the-Air Reception Devices Rule and other regulatory issues relevant to the satellite industry and the SBCA members. The website also is the platform for published materials, including the REGBRIEF and industry one-pagers.

“We believe the website provides users with an easy to use platform for information and resources on the satellite industry,” said Noah Cuttler, Director of Regulatory Affairs. “The SBCA is committed to its grassroots base and the website is a valuable tool to increase our interaction.”

Other features of the website include a resource section that displays past press releases, newsletters, and information on the licensing database.

Please visit the Regulatory Affairs Department website at www.sbca.com/regaffairs.

The Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association is the national trade organization representing all segments of the satellite industry. It is committed to expanding the utilization of satellite technology for the broadcast delivery of video, audio, data, music, voice, interactive, and broadband services.
