I've not heard anything in particular but, if you're owed cash, and they're ready to settle, get to the head of the line quick. It's been a while since I checked in on the case files and dockets with GFC, but they owe so many, and they have so little left after paying themselves (lawyers), I can't believe you'll see more than 5-6 cents on the dollar.

Better that than nothing...... Good luck, and keep us apprised.
