So in your opinion what does apply to the cable installation tech that likes their job, but feels they should be making more than what they're making now?
If i understand you correctly (i may be wrong but!)
If your a cable installation tech that doesn't like their job, additional education and training (whatever it may be) is the way to go.
By the way i do agree with you on that.
But the cable installation tech that does like their job but feels they should be making more than what they're making now should just handle it or try and change it?
and if your answer is try and change it? How
College, certification what?
And when they have these degrees and certifications and so on, Will these MSO's and Primes say "ok where gonna pay you what ever you think your worth" or are they gonna do what they've been doing. "Yeah i see those degrees and certificates but this is what where gonna pay you!"
