But, What if someone likes doing this day after day? Does it mean they shouldn't receive the pay they deserve? Are they worth less than you? Remember the installers are the front line... They are the ones who deal directly face to face with the customers each and every day some times 7 days a week most of them have to to make a living. They have to deal with alot more BS than most other positions in this business; both with their primes and staff, then with the Irate customers that rant and rave they were promised this and that by the CSR, but are valued the least.... I am not saying that any part of this industry is easy, just don't think we should be putting each other down when we have plenty of others who don't understand what it takes and what we do to put us into a category.. Just my 2 cents
