Obviously you didn't read the whole post.

Being as you would rather divert from the questions I presented, I will answer yours to me.

I do NOT do installs for 70/20 right now. I pointed out the rate on which other companies provide. In fact I don't do sat installs anymore. because of companies lowballing techs.
Why should these guys work for you at those prices when you don't provide materials? You know your lowballing them. And if you don't think so, You are part of the industry problem.
The old addage is, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Don't you as a company have a little more dignity than that. You don't realize that you only create more problems down the road. Not only for the techs but yourself as well.
