Please tell me if this is not BS or not, There is a very big cable install company is SW FL one of the offices the manager has his own drop crews that he pay directly and the owner get a cut and the crews get a 70% cut the manager of the office gets the rest. Now sounds all fine and dandy except We get tossed all the scraps because he sees the drops first and picks through to get all the gravy and leaves use with the junk.
AM I way off or is this normal.
