65/15 isn't bad?
When you use your gas,cable,GL insurance,and all other install material.
pay out 65/15 when they get much more?
let me ask this, How much do you think they should get to simply assign work?

Again, how many day net is there? or in plain terms, How far out is the payroll?
And being as tech provides GL, How much is the retainer?
Do you use only certified techs? Do you verify past work history?
Are you an AFS?
It seems to me that if you really want quality techs, you would raise the pay more than what others here are offering (70/20).
