I'm new to this site so I must have deleted my first post by accident. I am curious as to how a person could discreatly go about turning in border hoppers.I know their not all of the blame Being in this business for 20+ yrs. The prices have all gone to $h*t, and keep getting worse. There has to be a website or some government agency to report them to. (deal) Inputs anyone?Just curious?(usa)
