I think you are on to them. Here in Baltimore they (DSI) wouldn't give any rates over the phone but did want you to buy EQ. $100.00 for the certification. Their spec for the installation is a good one. Foe example,,,,,,,UG conduit because UG (flooded solid) cable is not available etc.. You slam a few of those in and a different guy on a different day says no QC no dough.
I don't want to be the first.
I am one that said I would sign a no BS petition. I liked your words on the topic. I am still against BS,. I won't stop kicking the puppy, I think, unless I gotta.
